Seahawks at Broncos 9/9/19 - NFL Picks & Predictions

The Seahawks were a sleeper on the preseason and it is going to be difficult for the Seahawks to prove they are a team that could pick up some wins. However, after not getting a single win in the preseason the Seahawks seem to have quite a bit of turmoil on the year coming in.

Russell Wilson is the starting quarterback for the Seahawks and he could have some problems in getting the ball out as he could be chased about quite a bit this year as the offensive line is not playing that well in the preseason. Last year Wilson did not do much better as he only managed to get a total of 3983 yards and threw for 34 touchdowns, but threw 11 picks.

Defensively the Seahawks are definitely going to have some issues as well as the Seahawks are running a 4-3 defense. The defense will also be looking to fit in a new right end as Dion Jordan has been ruled as being out. The Broncos are a team that has bounced back quite a bit on the year in the preseason. The Broncos lost the first 2 games, but ended up coming back to win the last 2 games really strong. The last 2 wins could easily give the Broncos a boost of confidence in the game season as well.

Case Keenum managed to play really well on the year and does have a lot of experience behind him coming into this game here. Last year with Minnesota Keenum threw for a total of 3547 yards and 22 touchdowns, but only was picked 7 times on the year.

Defensively the Broncos are going to run a 3-4 as the base defense. The Broncos are going to rely on Domata Peko Sr. to really jam up the middle on the year. Last year Peko managed to get 24 tackles on his own and 14 assist. Peko was able to get a sack on the year last year as well.
