Rams at Browns 9/22/19 - NFL Picks & Predictions

FirstEnergy Stadium will be rocking on Sunday night, when the Los Angeles Rams come calling to take on the Cleveland Browns. The defending NFC Champion Rams have won their first two games and are in a three-way tie for first place. On Sunday, Los Angeles took advantage of an injury to New Orleans QB Drew Brees during a 27-9 home victory. The Rams outgained the Saints by a 38-244 margin and limited them to 4-for-13 on third down conversions.

Los Angeles QB Jared Goff completed 19-for-28 passes for 283 yards and a touchdown. Running back Todd Gurley added 63 yards and a score on the ground for the Rams.

The Cleveland Browns were one of the most hyped teams coming into the season and have split their first two contests. On Monday night, Cleveland had the benefit of facing a third-string quarterback during a 23-3 road triumph against the New York Jets. DE Myles Garrett was in the backfield all night and the Browns sacked the Jets four times for 32 yards. 

Cleveland WR Odell Beckham Jr. made a triumphant return to MetLife Stadium with 161 receiving yards and a touchdown. Nick Chubb rushed for 62 yards and found the end zone for the Browns.
