The week three NFL schedule will kickoff with a Thursday night battle between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Cleveland Browns from FirstEnergy Stadium. The Steelers (1-1) have turned to QB Mitch Trubisky to replace retired Ben Roethilsberger and rank third worst in total offense (255 ypg). On Sunday, Pittsburgh was outgained by 133 yards and turned the ball over twice during a 17-14 home loss versus New England.

Pittsburgh’s lone touchdown came in the fourth quarter on an eight-yard reception by TE Pat Freiermuth. Second year RB Najee Harris added 89 yards from scrimmage in a losing effort for the Steelers.

The Cleveland Browns will be without suspended QB Deshaun Watson for the first 11 games and are averaging 27 points per game. On Sunday, Cleveland surrendered a 13 point lead in the final two minutes of a 31-30 home loss versus the New York Jets. The Browns allowed 402 yards of total offense and were unable to recover a crucial onside kick.

RB Nick Chubb led the Cleveland offense with 87 rushing yards and three touchdowns on 17 carries. WR Amari Cooper contributed nine receptions for 101 yards and a score for the Browns.

Pittsburgh DE T.J. Watt suffered a torn pectoral muscle and will be sidelined until the end of next month. The Steelers struggle to stop the run and their offensive line is no match for Myles Garrett. Take the Browns to bounce back with a win and cover at home. Final Score Prediction, Cleveland Browns win 24-14.
