The Philadelphia Eagles will be on the road for a short week in week three as they visit Landover, MD to take on the Washington Commanders. Defensively Philadelphia dominated the game holding Minnesota to only 264 yards and seven points after shutting out the Vikings in the second half to go along with three forced turnovers.

Quarterback Jalen Hurts dominated this game in every aspect completing 26 of 31 passes for 333 yards and one touchdown and ran the ball 11 times for 57 yards and two touchdowns as well. Dallas Goedert led all Philadelphia receivers with 82 yards on five receptions and Quez Watkins chipped in as well with 69 yards and one score on two catches.

The Washington Commanders will return home in week three following a nine point loss on the road to Detroit on Sunday. Defensively Washington struggled immensely as Detroit compiled 425 yards to score 36 total points leading to the win. The Washington offense struggled a bit despite totaling 396 yards to score 27 points one turnover led to the loss.

Carson Wentz orchestrated the Washington offense completing 30 of 46 passes for 337 yards and one touchdown. Antonio Gibson led the way on the ground for Washington with 28 yards and one score on 14 carries and Curtis Samuel led all receivers with 78 yards and one touchdown on seven touches.
