Through the first game of the regular season, Joe Flacco has passed for 307 yards with one touchdown and one interception. The leading rusher is Michael Carter with 60 yards, while the leading receiver is Corey Davis with six receptions for 77 yards. On defense, linebacker CJ Mosley is the leading tackler with 11 and linebacker Quincy Williams is the leader in quarterback sacks with 1.0. Cornerback DJ Reed has New York's only interception.

Cleveland opened its regular season with a 26-24 victory over the Carolina Panthers in Charlotte. Cleveland's offense led by Jacoby Brissett gained 355 yards, while the Browns’ defense held Carolina to 261 yards of total offense and forced one turnover by the Panthers. Kareem Hunt scored a pair of touchdowns for Cleveland and Cade York kicked four field goals for the Browns.

Jacoby Brissett has passed for 147 yards with one touchdown. Nick Chubb has rushed for 141 yards, while Kareem Hunt has rushed for 46 yards. Donovan Peoples-Jones is the leading receiver with 60 yards. John Johnson III is the leading tackler with seven, while the leader in quarterback sacks is defensive end Myles Garrett with 2.0 and safety Grant Delpit has Cleveland's only interception.

Cleveland is coming off of a big victory on the road in the first week of the season over Carolina and will use that momentum to defeat New York at home on Sunday. Cleveland's defense led by end Myles Garrett will give New York Jets quarterback Joe Flacco little time in the pocket and that will create problems for New York's passing game. Cleveland has covered the number in four of the last five played during the month of September while New York has failed to cover the number in 13 of its last 19 overall. Final Score Prediction, Cleveland Browns win and cover ATS 24-14.
