The New York Giants will travel on the road January 2 to face off against the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field in Illinois for a eastern time kick off of 1 PM. New York Giants come into this game in Chicago with a record on the season of 4–11, they were losers of their last four consecutive games the most recent coming in Philadelphia by the score of 34–10. The other three losses for the Giants game against Dallas, Los Angeles Chargers, and Miami.

The Chicago Bears come into this game with a record on the season of 5–10, and are winners of their last game on the road in Seattle against the Seahawks by the score of 25–24. Nick Foles led Chicago to a game-winning touchdown and two point conversion to seal the victory. Chicago has lost three out of its last five games against Minnesota, Green Bay, and Arizona. The two victories came against Seattle last week and Detroit, both games coming on the road.

Danny Jones is leading the New York Giants in passing with 2428 yards to go along with 10 touchdowns. The problem for Jones is he has no protection leading him to seven interceptions on the season. Devin Booker is leading the team in rushing at 533 yards and two touchdowns. Kenny Golladay is leading the team in receiving with 499 yards but has yet to catch a touchdown pass.

Justin fields looks like he will be back to play in this game, he is leading Chicago in passing with 1870 yards to go along with seven touchdowns. Much like Daniel Jones, Fields has very little protection causing him to throw 10 interceptions on the season. David Montgomery is the star on the office for Chicago with 713 yards rushing and five touchdowns on the season. Darnell Mooney is doing well receiving the ball at 860 yards with three touchdowns.

Rookie Jake Fromm started for the New York Giants last week, while Nick Foles was the only healthy quarterback for Chicago. Both teams are suffering from injury plague seasons and COVID-19 problems however, it looks like Justin fields will be healthy enough to make the start Sunday at home. Final Score Prediction: Chicago Bears win 27–20.
