New Orleans Saints at Seattle Seahawks 10/25/21 - NFL Picks & Predictions

Lumen Field will play host to a Monday night NFL showdown between the New Orleans Saints and the Seattle Seahawks. The Saints (3-2) are coming off a bye and are tied for second in the league in scoring defense (18.2 ppg). Last time out, New Orleans took a seven-point halftime lead on a hail mary pass and cruised to a 33-22 road victory against Washington.

New Orleans QB Jameis Winston completed 15 of 30 passes for 279 yards and four touchdowns. Marquez Callaway caught two touchdown passes and Alvin Kamara sealed the game with a 19-yard touchdown reception for the Saints.

The Seattle Seahawks have dropped four of their last five games and are playing without injured QB Russell Wilson (finger). On Sunday night, Seattle K Jason Myers nailed a 43-yard field goal to send the game into overtime during a 23-20 road loss against Pittsburgh. The Seahawks (2-4) were outgained by a 345-309 margin and allowed the Steelers more than 37 minutes of possession. 

Seattle QB Geno Smith threw for 209 yards and a touchdown, but his fumble in overtime set up Pittsburgh for the game-winning field goal. Alex Collins rushed for 101 yards and a score for the Seahawks.
