Miami Dolphins- 2022 NFL Season Preview and Wins Total Prediction

The Miami Dolphins come into the 2022 season with excitement and lots of optimism following last year. Miami started last season 1-7 but finished the year 9-8 after winning 8 of the final 9 games played including 7 in a row. The Dolphins will give the keys to the team to their young quarterback Tua Tagovailoa as he will lead them into the future.

Tua will be the primary focus within the Miami offense this season as new head coach Mike McDaniel will bring his creative mindset to Miami this season. Tua will lead the way but will have a host of weapons around him as Miami attempts to make the playoffs for the first time in several years.

Chase Edmonds will lead the way for Miami out of the backfield as a dual threat back who can pick up yards on the ground or through the air in the passing attack. Raheem Mostert could potentially lead Miami in rushing yards and rush attempts this season as a big physical back, and Sony Michel will see lots of time in the backfield as well as a big play threat every time he touches the ball.

Jaylen Waddle will again be the primary target in the Miami passing attack as he and Tua have lots of time together and have developed a strong relationship. Cedrick Wilson and Preston Williams will see an increase this year, but the biggest improvement will be Tyreek Hill. Hill gives Tua a safety blanket and an explosive playmaker unlike anyone he has ever played with before.
