Los Angeles Rams 2022-23 - NFL Schedule

The Los Angeles Rams finished the 2021-22 NFL regular season 12-5 before going on to win Super Bowl LVI 23-20 over the Cincinnati Bengals. Los Angeles was 3-3 in division play, 5-3 at home and an impressive 7-2 on the road. The Rams scored an average of 27.1 points per game and allowed an average of 21.9 points per game. The Los Angeles running attack gained an average of 99.0 yards per game and the passing game averaged 273.1 yards per game.

Quarterback Matthew Stafford returns after last season passing for 4,886 yards with 41 touchdowns and 17 interceptions. Cam Akers, who played just one game last season before being injured, is expected to start at running back for the Rams. Darrell Henderson Jr will be Akers' backup and last season rushed for 688 yards with five touchdowns. Cooper Kupp is the leading receiver for Los Angeles and last season caught 145 passes for 1,947 yards and 16 touchdowns. Los Angeles added wide receiver Allen Robinson II during the offseason and his presence will add to an already strong passing attack.

Los Angeles will play a 3-4 defense led by defensive end Aaron Donald, who is considered the best defensive lineman in football. A’Shawn Robinson will start opposite Donald, while the starting nose tackle is Greg Gaines. The linebacker corps of Los Angeles is led by Bobby Wagner and Ernest Jones inside, with Justin Holland and Leonard Floyd on the outside. The Los Angeles secondary is led by cornerback Jalen Ramsey, who is joined by Troy Hill at the other corner, while Taylor Rapp and Jordan Fuller are the starting safeties.
