The Las Vegas Raiders come into the 2022 season with lots of optimism and excitement heading into the year. The Raiders were able to keep quarterback Derek Carr as he signed a long term contract and acquired Davante Adams to put more weapons around their quarterback.

Derek Carr has had an up and down career thus far but comes into 2022 surrounded by the most weapons he has ever had. The Las Vegas Raiders will go as far as Carr can take them and he will be primed and ready to go as Las Vegas competes for a second consecutive playoff berth in 2022. Running back Josh Jacobs will be a huge piece in the Las Vegas offense as the primary ball carrier with the ability to make an impact in the passing attack.

Davante Adams will make an immediate impact in the Las Vegas offense as he will become the primary target for Derek Carr as the 2 will rekindle, they're playing days from college. Bryan Edwards and Hunter Renfrow will continue to shine in the 2022 season as Tight End Darren Waller will bounce back from a mediocre 2021 year for a big season.

The Raiders defense will not be as elite as the offense this season, but they come into the 2022 season ranked 16th in the power rankings. Chandler Jones and Maxx Crosby will set the defensive tone for Las Vegas as elite edge rushers all season. The Secondary is still the weak point in the Las Vegas defense, but newly hired Patrick Graham will make the needed adjustments for Las Vegas to see success.
