Las Vegas Raiders 2020 Preview - NFL Picks & Predictions

The Raiders finished in 3rd in the AFC West last year. However, the Raiders are moving from Oakland and going to what they hope is the friendly spot in Las Vegas. The downside is compared to some of the other teams the Raiders did not really make the moves that the fans were expecting and that alone could make it impossible for the Raiders to really improve.

Now, the Raiders do have Derek Carr back this year to help lead the offense. He managed to do great last year for a Raiders team that was very depleted offensively. If he gets injured the Raiders have Marcus Mariota to step in if needed. Josh Jacobs is the main running back and he could do good for the Raiders this year.

The defense for the Raiders is one big question mark. The Raiders have not really made the moves to improve their defense and with the 4-3 base defense the Raiders definitely need to make some changes to their defensive backfield. The Raiders do have Prince Amukamara at the right cornerback spot and he could definitely help the Raiders out quite a bit.

The special teams for the Raiders is questionable as well. The Raiders have Daniel Carlson as the kicker, but even then he has done decent, but is not overly amazing. The one player that could be relied on quite a bit is Jalen Richard who is the punt and kick returner for the Raiders.
