Last Updated: 01/04/2021 at 7:26 PM ET

The NFL Playoffs will kickoff on Saturday afternoon, when the Indianapolis Colts invade Bills Stadium to take on the Buffalo Bills. The Colts (11-5) finished tied with Tennessee atop the AFC South Division standings and rank ninth in the league in scoring (28.2 ppg). Veteran QB Phillip Rivers threw for 4,169 yards and 24 touchdowns.

On Sunday, Indianapolis RB Jonathan Taylor rushed for a franchise record 253 yards during a 28-14 home victory versus Jacksonville. Taylor’s 45-yard touchdown run with 3:35 remaining sealed the win for the Colts.

The Buffalo Bills won 13 of their 16 games and clinched their first AFC East Division title since 1995. The Bills finished tied for second behind Kansas City in total offense (396.4 ypg) and second behind Green Bay in scoring offense (31.3 ppg). Buffalo QB Josh Allen had a breakout season with 4,544 yards passing and 37 touchdowns.

On Sunday, Buffalo exploded for 28 points during the second quarter and cruised to a 56-26 home victory versus Miami to clinch the number two seed in the AFC. Allen threw for 224 yards and three touchdowns on the afternoon. Bills offense continues to impress the last half of the season and Buffalo at home should keep that rolling this weekend.

Buffalo WR Cole Beasley (knee) did not play in week 17 and is expected to be ready for this contest. Indianapolis has one of the best defenses in the league and can keep things close. Take the Colts plus the points. Final Score Prediction, Buffalo Bills win but fall short ATS 30-24.
