The New Orleans Saints will have one less day to prepare for this contest after being thumped by the Las Vegas Raiders on Monday night by a 34-24 final score. The Saints (1-1) raced out to a ten-point lead after one quarter but were worn down by the physical running attack of the Raiders. New Orleans was only able to possess the ball for 24 minutes and allowed Las Vegas to run 19 more plays on the night.

New Orleans RB gained 174 yards from scrimmage on 22 touches and found the end zone twice. Veteran QB Drew Brees threw for 312 yards and had a costly interception late in the first half.
