Green Bay Packers - 2022 NFL Season Preview and Wins Total Prediction

The Green Bay Packers come into the 2022 season with a few unanswered questions and one of their best weapons gone but still will be an elite team in the NFC. Green Bay will still have former MVP Aaron Rodgers under center with a host of various weapons surrounding him.
Davante Adams is no longer with Green Bay so the Aaron Rodgers safety blanket will turn to a new player. Green Bay has a host of talented wide receivers led by veteran Randall Cobb and offseason signee Sammy Watkins. Watkins is expected to have an immediate impact in the Green Bay offense as he will feel the void left by Davante Adams.
To go along with an elite receiving unit Green Bay now has one of the best running back tandems in the NFL. Aaron Jones and A.J Dillion will split time in the backfield taking turns carrying the ball, while each will be effective pieces in the pass game.
Green Bay is also elite on the defensive side of the ball as they have a preseason ranking of third overall in the NFL. This could possibly be the best defense Green Bay has had in several years and after adding Devonte Wyatt and Quay Walker Green Bay is deeper and more talented on defense than a year ago.
Even with an aging Aaron Rodgers Green Bay is in one of the best situations they've had in several years. Head coach Matt LaFleur has an arsenal of weapons at his disposure that he will use to win games. Look for Green Bay to continue to roll even after the loss of an elite receiver as the Packers will compete for the #1 seed in the NFC. Total Wins Projection, Over 11.
