Dolphins at Jets 9/16/18 - NFL Picks & Predictions

The Dolphins managed to get through the weather delays in Miami on Sunday and even managed to pull out a win over the Titans 27-20. However, that could have been coming from the fact the Dolphins did see the Titans lose one of the starters to broken ankle early on in the game.

Offensively the Dolphins were able to throw the ball for 222 yards. The rushing attack for the Dolphins was able to get a total of 120 yards. The offense for the Dolphins got 27 points and the defense gave up 20 points. With the Jets the team was able to completely dominate the Lions in the opening week and what is even worse the Lions were in the game to start off with, but the Jets were able to control the game after the end of the first quarter and did not let off the throttle. The Jets managed to put in 48 points and the defense only gave up 17 points to what was supposed to be a retooled offense.

The Jets had Sam Darnold playing at the quarterback position in his first game ever and in the game he did decent with 198 yards, 2 touchdowns, and only a single pick in the game. Isaiah Crowell was the leading rusher for the Jets as he carried the ball 10 times for 102 yards and 2 scores.
