The annual NFL Thanksgiving schedule will kickoff with a matchup between the Chicago Bears and the Detroit Lions from Ford Field. The Bears (3-7) are looking to snap a five-game losing streak and rank last in the league in passing offense (155.8 ypg). On Sunday, Chicago was unable to take advantage of Lamar Jackson’s absence during a 16-13 home loss versus Baltimore.

Veteran QB Andy Dalton replaced injured Chicago QB Justin Fields and threw for two touchdown passes. Darnell Mooney caught five passes for 121 yards and scored on a 60-yard reception for the Bears.

The Detroit Lions are the only winless team remaining in the league and are surrendering 27.3 points per contest. On Sunday, Detroit trailed by 13 points at halftime during a 13-10 road loss against Cleveland. The Lions managed just 77 yards through the air on 23 passing attempts and were outgained by a 349-245 margin.

Detroit RB D’Andre Swift was the lone bright spot on offense and finished with 136 yards rushing and a score. TE T.J. Hockenson caught six passes for 51 yards in a losing effort for the Lions.

Chicago WR Allen Robinson (hamstring) missed Sunday’s loss and is listed as questionable for this game. Despite all of the losing, the Lions have continued to play hard for rookie head coach Dan Campbell. Take Detroit to get into the win column with a win on Thanksgiving Day. Final Score Prediction, Detroit Lions win 23-20.
