The Falcons replaced QB Kirk Cousins with rookie QB Michael Penix Jr. two weeks ago and are scoring 21.9 points per game. On Sunday night, Atlanta was unable to protect a ten-point halftime advantage during a 30-24 overtime loss at Washington. 

Penix Jr. completed 19 of 35 passes for 223 yards and a 13-yard touchdown to TE Kyle Pitts. RB Bijan Robinson carried 17 times for 90 yards and two scores. WR Drake London added a game-high 106 receiving yards for the Falcons, who were outgained by a 412-337 margin. 

Carolina RB Chuba Hubbard (calf/knee) is currently on injured reserve and will not require offseason surgery. The Panthers have been decimated by injuries on the defensive side of the ball and will not be able to slow down Bijan Robinson. Take Atlanta to win and cover at home.
