Ravens vs Cowboys Picks and Prediction – 9/22/2024

The Baltimore Ravens are coming into this matchup after losses to the Chiefs and Raiders. Baltimore’s offense has been mediocre, with Lamar Jackson attempting to do it all. Jackson leads the team in passing, with 520 yards, and rushing, with 167 yards. Baltimore needs to get some production from their receivers to be competitive this year. Tight End Isiah Likely had a great game Week 1, with 111 yards, but was bottled up along with most of the Raven receivers in Week 2.

The Dallas Cowboys roared out of the gates with a big win over Cleveland, but faltered in a beatdown at the hands of the Saints in Week 2. Ceedee Lamb is the key to this offense, as he has racked up 151 yards and a touchdown. The best part of the Cowboys’ team is their defense, mainly Micah Parsons and Demarcus Lawrence. This wrecking crew has combined for 14 tackles and 3 sacks. This defense will make things difficult on a struggling Baltimore offense.

The Ravens and Cowboys both have glaring weaknesses, but things are more concerning for Baltimore. The Ravens have seen such little production from their receiving corp, and the defense has not been as stout as usual either. We think the Cowboys will pick up another win against an AFC North foe as a home underdog. Prediction: Cowboys win 23-20.
