2020 Cincinnati Bengals Preview - NFL Picks & Predictions

The Cincinnati Bengals would like to show some type of improvement over how they finished lasts year. However, it could be a challenge for the Bengals who did not look that great last year and now bringing in a rookie to start without the typical preparation time could hurt the Bengals even more. Not to mention the Cincinnati team has a lot of defensive issues to address as well.

Joe Burrow will be coming out of LSU and have a very hard task ahead of himself as he is going to have to take care of the quarterback position as a rookie. He will have some decent support with Tee Higgins coming in, but also wily veteran A.J. Green to help out in getting settled in. If he does have to hand the ball off he does have Joe Mixon who could come into the games and carry the ball.

Defensively the Bengals have more question marks than what they have answers. Yes, the Bengals do have quite a few players that can make a difference in the games, but the questionable defense stems from last year when the defense was really crushed in some of the games that were being played and without a lot of changes the Bengals may have a lot of issues.

The bright spot that the Bengals have coming back is the player who many would consider to be their MVP and that is Kevin Huber. Huber is the player that managed to flip the field quite  a bit for the team, but even with the field being flipped he was not able to help the defense that was getting crushed by the opponents.
