2020 Baltimore Ravens Preview - NFL Picks & Predictions

The Ravens are easily a heavy favorite to come into the season here in the AFC North and bring home a win. However, one thing that the Ravens do not have going for them is the surprise that they were able to bring home last year. So that could definitely make it harder for the Ravens to be seen as the serious threat they have been in the past.

The offense for the Ravens definitely will not be fooling anyone. The offense will hinge on how well Lamar Jackson does during the regular season. Jackson can play great ball, but he does take a lot of risk. The other thing that could be a factor for the Ravens is if Mark Ingram II is able to shoulder the load most of the time or if J.K. Dobbins will get a good workout.

When it comes to the defense the Ravens started to pick up some great draft picks that could help to make a difference for the team. One of those that will actually come into the game here and step up big is going t be Patrick Queen. He is a rookie, but at LSU last season was one of the best impact players at the linebacker position that the Tigers could have had.

Special teams for the Ravens could be interesting as they are coming back intact, but they are older. However, one player that may be pushed this year would be Justin Tucker. Yes, Tucker did good in the past, but he may be pushed this year by Nick Vogel who is looking to find a good job.
