In Monday night NBA action, the Washington Wizards will travel to Little Caesars Arena to face the Detroit Pistons.

Washington G Bradley Beal tallied a game high 31 points on a 13-for-21 shooting performance. Jabari Parker contributed 20 points and six rebounds against his former team. The Detroit Pistons have won three straight games and trail Miami by just a half-game for the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference. On Friday, Detroit scored 41 points during the first quarter and went on to an easy 120-103 home victory versus New York. The Pistons led by 19 points after the first quarter and shot 49 percent overall.

Detroit C Andre Drummond dominated the paint with a game high 29 points and 20 rebounds. Blake Griffin contributed 26 points and six rebounds for the Pistons.
