This will be the second of a back-to-back for the Wizards, who needed three overtime periods to dispose of visiting Phoenix by a 149-146 final score. Washington assisted on 40 of their 56 made field goals and shot 51 percent from the field.
Washington G Bradley Beal poured in a game high 40 points to go along with 15 assists and 11 rebounds. Thomas Bryant converted all 14 of his field goal attempts and finished with 31 points for the Wizards.
The Indiana Pacers have won eight of their last ten games and are currently tied for third place in the Eastern Conference standings. On Friday, Indiana made the plays down the stretch of a 114-106 road victory against Brooklyn. The Pacers finished the game on a 14-6 run over the final three plus minutes and shot 54 percent overall.
All-Star G Victor Oladipo scored 14 of his game high 26 points during the fourth quarter. Myles Turner contributed 15 points and 12 rebounds for the Pacers.
