The Washington Wizards will continue a West Coast road trip Thursday night with a visit to the Footprint Center in phoenix AZ to take on the Phoenix Suns. Despite being two games over .500 Washington is struggling as of late losers of four of their last five games played including two in a row following a six point loss to the Denver Nuggets. Kentavios Caldwell-Pope Chipped in 13 points on 16 shots is the only other starter in double figures, while Davis Bertans added a team high 21 points on 8 of 13 shooting in 31 minutes of action off the bench.

The Phoenix Suns have been dominant thus far this season with only five losses through their first 27 games putting the Suns as the number one team in the NBA. Phoenix relied on their defense against Portland holding the Trail Blazers to 41.7% shooting to score only 107 points including a lackluster 5 in overtime.

As a team phoenix has been great on both sides of the ball this season but they're all fans is the team motor ranking eighth in the league with 110.78 points per game, while shooting a league second best 47.31% from the floor. Devin Booker leaves the team with 23.2 points per game as Chris Paul chips in 14.6 points in a team high 10.3 assists.
