The Toyota Center will play host to a Wednesday night NBA clash between the Washington Wizards and the Houston Rockets. This will be the second of a back-to-back on the road for Washington, who survived an intense battle to pick up a 127-126 victory against Dallas last night. The Wizards (21-26) assisted on 28 of their 42 made field goals and shot 51 percent overall.

Washington F Kyle Kuzma sank the game-winning free-throw with four seconds remaining and finished with a team-high 30 points. Bradley Beal chipped in 22 points (7-17 FG) and four assists for the Wizards. Deni Avdija added 15 points and ten rebounds off the bench.

The Houston Rockets have dropped 15 of their first 22 home games and own the worst overall record in the league. On Monday, Houston snapped a 13-game losing streak with a 119-114 home victory versus Minnesota. Second year pro Jalen Green scored a career-high 42 points on a 15-for-25 shooting performance. Alperen Sengun contributed 21 points, seven rebounds, and seven assists. Veteran G Eric Gordon added 14 points and four assists for the Rockets.

Washington C Kristaps Porzingis suffered a left ankle sprain and is considered week-to-week.
