The Golden State Warriors look to bounce back from a loss when they visit the Sacramento Kings in a Pacific division showdown. The Warriors were beaten on Thursday by the Houston Rockets 135-134. Golden State at one time held a 20-point lead but Houston rallied and won in overtime. Stephen Curry led the Warriors in the loss with 35 points.
Sacramento lost its third straight falling to Denver 117-113 in its latest outing on Thursday. Buddy Hield led the Kings in the loss with 29 points. Sacramento was out rebounded in the loss 68-39. The Kings squandered a 13-point halftime lead giving it all back in the third quarter after being outscored 31-18 by the Nuggets.
Stephen Curry is leading Warriors in scoring with an average of 28.9 points per game, while Kevin Durant is second with an average of 28.5 points per game. Draymond Green leads the team in rebounding and assists with averages of 8.0 rebounds and 6.7 assists per game. As a team, Golden State is shooting 48.2% from the field and 38.1% from 3-point territory.
