The Golden State Warriors will look to close out the Los Angeles Clippers when they visit the Staples Center on Friday night for Game Six of their best-of-seven first round series. The defending champion Warriors lack of focus on defense showed up once again during a 129-121 home loss on Wednesday night. Golden State surrendered 71 first half points and shot just 45 percent from the field.

Golden State F Kevin Durant poured in a game high 45 points on a 14-for-26 shooting performance. Steph Curry added 24 points and four assists in a losing effort for the Warriors. The Los Angeles Clippers won 26 of their 41 home games during the regular season and a win on Friday night would push this to an improbable winner-take-all Game Seven in Oakland. In Game Five, Los Angeles let a ten-point fourth quarter lead slip away before making the plays down the stretch. The Clippers outrebounded the Warriors by a 53-43 margin and shot 54 percent from the floor.

Super sub Lou Williams led Los Angeles with 33 points and ten assists in 34 minutes off the bench. Danilo Gallinari contributed 26 points and seven rebounds for the Clippers.
