Utah Jazz at Phoenix Suns 4/7/21 - NBA Picks & Predictions

In the second game of a Wednesday night NBA on ESPN doubleheader, the Utah Jazz will visit the Phoenix Suns. The Jazz (38-12) lead Phoenix by 2.5 games for the best record in the Western Conference and rank third in the league in scoring (116.9 ppg). On Monday, Utah had their nine-game winning streak snapped during a 111-103 road loss against Dallas.

Mike Conley led five Utah players in double figures with 28 points on 8-for-13 shooting and dished out seven assists. Rudy Gobert added 14 points and 15 rebounds for the Jazz.

The Phoenix Suns are riding a six-game winning streak and lead the LA Clippers by three full games for second place in the West. On Monday, Phoenix made the plays down the stretch of a 133-130 road victory against lowly Houston. The Suns (35-14) knocked down 18-for-37 from the three-point line and shot 51 percent overall.

All-Star G Devin Booker scored 18 of his game-high 36 points in the fourth quarter and dished out six assists. Chris Paul contributed 19 points and 11 assists for the Suns.

Phoenix F/C Frank Kaminsky (health and safety protocols) has been out the last few games and is unlikely to play in this game. These two teams are very similar statistically, but the Jazz have struggled on the road recently. Take Phoenix to win at home. Final Score Prediction, Phoenix Suns win 115-110.
