Minnesota needs one win to equal its win total of last year, and that could come in LA against the Clippers Monday, but it wont be an easy task. The Clippers lost their last game and that ended a six-game win streak. The Clippers are 7-3 for January. Minnesota won its last game after two straight losses, but the Timberwolves are 7-4 for January. Minnesota beat LA in back to back games early in December.

The Clippers are 23-22 and hanging on to eighth in the West. Minnesota leads its conference and is in fourth in the West. The Timberwolves are 30-18 and 11-12 on the road. The Clippers are 14-9 on the road. A big part of the Clippers' success recently has been Lou Williams, who current leads the team at 23.6 points per game. In a game Saturday he had 30 points and 10 steals. He has scored 30 or more in six of 10 games in January. Williams was 11-11 in foul shots in his last game. Blake Griffin is averaging 22.4 points and the Clippers are still without Austin Rivers.

Jimmy Butler continues to have a great season, leading the team with 21.7 points and five assists per game. Karl-Anthony Towns is averaging 20.2 points and 12 rebounds. Andrew Wiggins is averaging 17.7. Jeff Teague is averaging 13 points and 7.1 assists. Butler has struggled with a sore knee recently and was held out of Saturday's game. He is listed as day to day for the game on Monday.

This Clippers team has been much better since their superstar Blake Griffin returned and think it continues tonight against over rated Wolves team. This T-Wolves team is just 11-12 on the road straight up and 11-11-1 ATS don't see that trend improving against HOT LA team. Final Score Prediction, LA Clippers win and cover ATS 106-100.
