The Spectrum Center will play host to a Saturday evening NBA clash between the Phoenix Suns and Charlotte Hornets.

The Suns have lost 18 of their 22 road games this season and own the worst record in the Western Conference. On Thursday, Phoenix showed plenty of fight during a 111-109 road loss at Toronto. The Suns out rebounded the Raptors by a 58-47 margin and shot 43 percent from the field in defeat.

Phoenix G Devin Booker led all scorers with 30 points on 10-for-21 shooting and handed out eight assists. Rookie C Deandre Ayton added 15 points and 17 rebounds for the Suns.
The Charlotte Hornets have won consecutive games and are clinging to the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference. On Thursday, Charlotte outscored Sacramento by 18 points during the second quarter of a 114-95 home victory. The Hornets scored 43 points in the decisive period and shot 45 percent overall.

Kemba Walker led seven Charlotte players in double figures with 23 points and five assists. Willy Hernangomez contributed 11 points and 16 rebounds off the bench for the Hornets.

Phoenix G Jamal Crawford (sore left knee) did not play on Thursday and is unlikely to play in this contest. The Suns rank third worst in the league in defensive efficiency, so the over is my lean on the total. Phoenix is improving and worth taking with the points on Saturday. Final Score Prediction, Charlotte Hornets win but fall short ATS 115-112.
