Last Updated: 08/12/2019 at 9:19 PM ET

The Seattle Storm look for their second straight victory on Wednesday when they visit the Minnesota Lynx. The Storm defeated the New York Liberty on Sunday 78-69 to improve to 10-8 and sit two games behind first place Las Vegas in the Western Conference. Crystal Langhorne led the Storm with 19 points while Natasha Howard scored 14.

Minnesota won for the fourth time in its last five games following a 75-62 victory over the Phoenix Mercury on Sunday. Sylvia Fowles posted a double-double to set a new WNBA for career double-doubles with 157. Odyssey Sims led the Lynx with 15 points, while Fowles scored 14 points and pulled down 13 boards in the 13-point win. Natasha Howard leads the Storm in scoring and rebounding with averages of 17.4 points and 8.2 rebounds per game, while Jewell Loyd is second in scoring with an average of 15.8 per game. Jordin Canada is leading the Storm in assists with an average of 5.5 per game. Just three players are averaging double-figures in scoring for Seattle.

Odyssey Sims leads the Lynx in scoring and assists with averages of 15.7 points and 5.4 assists per game. Sylvia Fowles is the second leading scorer and leading rebounder for the Lynx with averages of 14.2 points and 10.1 rebounds per game. Five players for Minnesota are averaging double figures in scoring.

While the UNDER is a solid play here, the Lynx are the best play. Minnesota has played very well of late covering the number in each of the last 5 at home and 8 of the last 10 overall. Seattle is playing with a storm cloud overhead as leading scorer and rebounder Natasha Howard has been accused of abuse by her wife. Although Howard will continue playing, the distraction will be too much to overcome. Final Score Prediction, Minnesota Lynx win and cover ATS 76-69.
