The Seattle Storm looks to bounce back from a loss when they continue a trip east on Tuesday with a visit to the Indiana Fever. The Storm lost Sunday night to Chicago 78-71. The defending WNBA champions fell to 3-3 on the season with the loss. Jewell Loyd and Natasha Howard led the Storm in the loss with 20 points each.

Indiana fell to 3-2 on Sunday with a 94-87 loss to Phoenix. Indiana trailed at the half 53-28, but battled back to make it close at the end outscoring the Mercury in the fourth quarter 33-16. Kelsey Mitchell led the Fever in the loss with 26 points, while Kennedy Burke scored 18 and Tiffany Mitchell chipped in with 17. Natasha Howard leads the Storm in scoring and rebounding with averages of 18.6 points and 9.2 rebounds per game, while Jewell Loyd is second in scoring with an average of 16.0 per game. Jordin Canada is leading the Storm in assists with an average of 5.8 per game. In all, four players are averaging double-figures in scoring for Seattle.

Tiffany Mitchell is leading the Fever in scoring with an average of 14.4 points per game. Candice Dupree is the leading rebounder with an average of 6.2 per game. Kelsey Mitchell is the second leading scorer with an average of 14.2 points per game, while Erica Wheeler leads in assists with an average of 6.8 per game.

Seattle remains shorthanded and has not found any one player to make up for the absence of Liz Cambage, who was traded prior to the start of the regular season. Seattle has not fared well versus Indiana failing to cover 12 of the last 16 played in Indiana and 13 of the last 18 overall between the two.
