Capital One Arena will play host to a Friday night NBA clash between the San Antonio Spurs and Washington Wizards.

LaMarcus Aldridge led San Antonio with 16 points and six rebounds in 24 minutes of action. The rest of the starters combined to score 26 points on a 10-for-21 shooting performance. The Washington Wizards have lost seven of their previous ten games and have been eliminated from postseason contention. On Wednesday, Washington was sunk by two free throws with 1.8 seconds remaining of a 115-114 home loss versus Chicago. The Wizards forced 20 turnovers and allowed the Bulls to shoot 53 percent from the field.

Thomas Bryant and Bobby Portis scored 20 points apiece to lead six Washington players in double figures. Bradley Beal added 19 points and four rebounds for the Wizards.

Washington F Trevor Ariza (strained left groin) and F Jabari Parker (left knee sprain) have been ruled out for this game.
