San Antonio G DeMar DeRozan led all scorers with 25 points on 7-for-12 shooting and pulled down eight rebounds. Rudy Gay chipped in 15 points in 20 minutes off the bench for the Spurs.

The Miami Heat have won an NBA best 17 of their 18 home games and are currently in third place in the Eastern Conference standings. On Sunday, Miami was outscored by 13 points during the fourth quarter of a 124-121 road loss against New York. The Heat (27-12) knocked down 14-for-35 from long distance and shot 54 percent overall.

Jimmy Butler paced Miami with 25 points to go along with ten rebounds and six assists. Bam Adebayo added 15 points and six rebounds in a losing effort for the Heat.

Miami G Justise Winslow (back) has been ruled out of this game and has returned home to see a specialist.
