On Tuesday, the Chicago Sky (3-5) head to the Pacific Northwest to visit the Seattle Storm (6-3).
Chicago is coming off a 77-69 loss to the Los Angeles Sparks on Sunday. The Sky could not manage any more than 16 points in any of the four quarters, as they shot just 28.4% from the field and missed 22 of their first 23 shots from 3-point territory in the 18-point loss. Cheyenne Parker led the Sky with 17 points and 12 boards.
Seattle lost its last outing falling 67-64 to the Atlanta Dream on Sunday. The Storm could not overcome an 11-point first quarter and 12-point third quarter as they shot just 33.8% from the floor and 15.4% from 3-point territory. Natasha Howard scored 15 points in the loss for the Storm. Stefanie Dolson remains out indefinitely for the Sky.
Allie Quigley leads the Sky in scoring with an average of 15.5 points per game. The Second leading scoring and second leading rebounder is Diamond DeShields with averages of 12.6 points and 5.3 rebounds per game. The rebounding leader is Cheyenne Parker with an average of 7.5 per game, while the assists leader is Courtney Vandersloot with an average of 6.3 points per game.
Breanna Stewart leads the Storm in scoring and rebounding with averages of 20.4 points and 7.6 rebounds per game. Jewell Loyd is the second leading scorer and third leading rebounding with averages of 19.4 points and 5.6 rebounds per game. Natasha Howard is the third leading scorer and second leading rebounder averaging 13.9 points and 7.4 rebounds per game. Sue Bird leads the team in assists with an average of 6.1 per game.
