The World’s Most Famous Arena will play host to a Thursday NBA battle between the Sacramento Kings and the New York Knicks. The Kings (12-19) are looking to snap an eight-game losing streak and rank last in the league in scoring defense (119.9 ppg). On Tuesday, Sacramento trailed by 14 points after one quarter during a 127-118 road loss against Brooklyn.

All five Sacramento starters scored in double figures and were led by De’Aaron Fox with 27 points. Richuan Holmes added 18 points and 11 rebounds in a losing effort for the Kings.

The New York Knicks lead the league in scoring defense (103.8 ppg) and are currently in seventh place in the Eastern Conference standings. On Tuesday, New York welcomed fans for the first time during this season during a 114-106 loss versus Golden State. The Knicks (15-17) dominated the Warriors on the glass by a 67-47 margin and shot just 39 percent from the field in defeat.

All-Star F Julius Randle tallied a team-high 25 points to go along with ten rebounds and seven assists. Derrick Rose added 16 points and eight assists in 27 minutes off the bench for the Knicks.

New York C Mitchell Robinson is recovering from surgery on his fractured right hand and hopes to return by the middle of next month.
