Sacramento Kings at Memphis Grizzlies 11/28/21 - NBA Picks & Predictions

The FedEx Forum will play host to a Sunday night NBA clash between the Sacramento Kings and the Memphis Grizzlies. The Kings (8-12) fired head coach Luke Walton and have responded by winning two of three games for interim coach Alvin Gentry. On Friday, Sacramento erased a 14-point fourth quarter and outlasted the Los Angeles Lakers in a 141-137 three-overtime thriller.

Sacramento G De’Aaron Fox led all scorers with 34 points on 15-for-32 shooting and dished out eight assists. Tyrese Haliburton contributed 19 points, nine assists, six rebounds, and five steals for the Kings.

The Memphis Grizzlies have dropped consecutive games and rank last in the league in defensive efficiency. On Friday, Memphis G Ja Morant (knee) was forced to exit early during a 132-100 home loss against Atlanta. The Grizzlies (9-10) were outscored 43-18 during the third quarter and allowed the Hawks to shoot 59 percent from the field.

John Konchar tallied a team-high 17 points and five rebounds in just 16 minutes off the Memphis bench. Jaren Jackson Jr. added 14 points and five rebounds for the Grizzlies.

Memphis G Ja Morant was diagnosed with a left knee sprain and is expected to miss a couple of weeks. The Kings seem energized after the coaching change and are worth backing in this spot. Final Score Prediction, Sacramento Kings win 119-111.
