The Amway Center will play host to a Sunday evening matchup between the Houston Rockets and Orlando Magic.
The Rockets have won eight of their previous ten games and have moved into fifth place in a tightly contested Western Conference race. On Friday, Houston jumped out to a 20-point lead after one quarter and cruised to a 141-113 home victory versus Cleveland. The Rockets connected on 20-for-52 from the three-point line and shot 52 percent overall.
Reigning MVP James Harden poured in a game high 43 points to go along with 12 assists and ten rebounds. Clint Capela chipped in 19 points and four rebounds for the Rockets.
The Orlando Magic have split their first 22 home games and are currently 1.5 games out of playoff contention in the East. Last night, Orlando rallied from a ten-point halftime deficit to score a 105-103 home victory versus Boston. The Magic outrebounded the Celtics by a 50-46 margin and limited them to 42 percent from the field.
Orlando F Aaron Gordon led all scorers with 28 points on 7-for-14 shooting and pulled down 14 rebounds. Nikola Vucevic contributed 16 points and 13 rebounds for the Magic.
