Last Updated: 08/08/2019 at 4:40 AM ET

The World’s Most Famous Arena will play host to a Tuesday night NBA clash between the Detroit Pistons and New York Knicks.

This will be the second of a back-to-back for the Pistons, who had no problem with visiting Denver during a 129-103 triumph last night. Detroit outscored Denver by 15 points during the second quarter and shot 55 percent overall.

Denver C Andre Drummond led all scorers with 27 points on 12-for-14 shooting and grabbed 12 rebounds. Blake Griffin contributed 17 points and seven rebounds for the Pistons. The New York Knicks have lost 13 straight games and own the worst record in the league. Last week, New York dealt Kristaps Porzingis to Dallas in an effort to clear up enough cap space to make a run at two top-level free agents this offseason. On Sunday, the Knicks were outscored by 11 points during the third quarter of a 96-84 home loss versus Memphis. New York turned the ball over 16 times and shot just 38 percent from the field.

New York rookie F Kevin Knox tallied a team high 17 points on an inefficient 5-for-18 shooting effort. DeAndre Jordan chipped in 12 points and 12 rebounds in his debut with the Knicks.

New York G Emmanuel Mudiay suffered a left shoulder strain and will miss the next 1-2 weeks. The Knicks rank third worst in the league in defensive efficiency and the Pistons are playing on consecutive nights. Take the over on Tuesday. Final Score Prediction, Detroit Pistons win in high scoring game 107-105.
