Last Updated: 05/03/2021 at 9:23 AM ET

The United Center will play host to a Monday night NBA battle between the Philadelphia 76ers and the Chicago Bulls. This will be the second of a back-to-back on the road for Philadelphia, who defeated San Antonio 113-111 in overtime on a Ben Simmons tip-in as time expired. The 76ers (43-21) limited the Spurs to four points in overtime and have won four straight games.

All-Star C Joel Embiid poured in a game-high 34 points on 13-for-23 shooting and grabbed 12 rebounds. Seth Curry chipped in 22 points and five rebounds for the 76ers.

The Chicago Bulls have lost three straight games and trail Washington by three full games for tenth place in the Eastern Conference standings. On Saturday, Chicago was outscored by 16 points during the third quarter of a 108-97 road loss against Atlanta. The Bulls (26-38) missed 18 of their 24 three-point attempts and allowed the Hawks to shoot 50 percent overall.

Veteran F Thaddeus Young led Chicago with 20 points to go along with nine assists and seven rebounds. Rookie F Patrick Williams added 19 points on 7-for-13 shooting for the Bulls.

Chicago C Nikola Vucevic (hip) was a late scratch on Saturday and is listed as questionable for this game. The 76ers rank second in the league in defensive efficiency and will have no problem covering on the road against a lifeless Bulls’ offense. Final Score Prediction, Philadelphia 76ers win 114-101.
