The United Center will play host to a Friday night NBA meeting between the Indiana Pacers and Chicago Bulls.
The Pacers have won five straight games and are currently in third place in the Eastern Conference standings. On Monday, Indiana outscored visiting Atlanta by 13 points during the third quarter of a 116-108 victory, The Pacers forced 17 turnovers and shot 50 percent from the field.
Indiana G Victor Oladipo tallied a game high 22 points on 9-for-19 shooting and dished out seven assists. Myles Turner and Domantas Sabonis chipped in 20 points apiece for the Pacers.
The Chicago Bulls have lost 14 of their 19 home games and own the third worst record in the Eastern Conference. On Wednesday, Chicago fell behind by 16 points after the first quarter and never challenged for the lead again during an embarrassing 112-84 home loss versus Orlando. The Bulls were outrebounded by eight and allowed the Magic to shoot 58 percent from the floor.
Zach LaVine led five Chicago players in double figures with 16 points on 6-for-10 shooting. Lauri Markkanen added 14 points and six rebounds in a losing effort for the Bulls.
