The final game of the Monday NBA schedule will feature a matchup between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Portland Trail Blazers from the Moda Center. This will be the second of a back-to-back on the road for Oklahoma City, who was outscored by 17 points during the first quarter of a 108-100 road loss against the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday. The Thunder (6-9) missed 28 of their 35 three-point attempts.

Oklahoma City G Shai Gilgeous-Alexander tallied a team-high 23 points to go along with seven assists and six rebounds. George Hill added 22 points in 28 minutes for the Thunder.

The Portland Trail Blazers have won six of their previous eight games and rank sixth in the league in scoring (114.9 ppg). On Sunday, Portland raced out to a 13-point lead after one quarter and held on late for a 116-113 home victory versus New York. The Trail Blazers (9-6) knocked down 17-for-46 from long range and shot 47 percent overall.

Portland G Damian Lillard poured in a game-high 39 points on 11-for-17 shooting and dished out eight assists. Carmelo Anthony chipped in 12 points and four rebounds off the bench for the Trail Blazers.

Portland G C.J. McCollum is expected to miss at least four weeks recovering from a fractured left foot. The Trail Blazers rank third worst in the league in defensive efficiency and both teams are playing on consecutive days. Take the over.
