Last Updated: 03/08/2020 at 10:02 AM ET

In Sunday NBA action, the Oklahoma City Thunder will invade TD Garden to take on the Boston Celtics. The Thunder (39-24) have won 19 of their 30 road games and trail Houston by a half-game for fifth place in the Western Conference standings. On Friday, Oklahoma City built a 13-point halftime lead and coasted to a 126-103 road triumph against New York.

Oklahoma City F Danilo Gallinari tallied a game-high 22 points on a 7-for-13 shooting performance. Chris Paul contributed 21 points and 12 assists for the Thunder.

The Boston Celtics have won 23 of their 31 home games and trail Toronto by two full games for second place in the East. On Friday, Boston played without Jaylen Brown and Gordon Hayward during a 99-94 home loss versus Utah. The Celtics (42-20) never led in the second half and missed 59 of their 94 field goal attempts.

Boston G Marcus Smart led all scorers with 29 points on 9-for-23 shooting. Jayson Tatum added 18 points and seven rebounds in a losing effort for the Celtics.

Boston G/F Gordon Hayward (knee) is expected to suit up on Sunday, while G/F Jaylen Brown will likely remain sidelined. These two teams rank in the top ten in defensive efficiency, so the under is worth a look. The stronger play is on the Thunder to cover again on the road. Final Score Prediction, Boston Celtics win but fall short ATS 106-104.
