Nuggets at Bucks 2/15/18 - NBA Picks & Predictions

The first of a two-game NBA Thursday night schedule will tip-off with a meeting between the Denver Nuggets and Milwaukee Bucks from the BMO Harris Bradley Center. The Nuggets have won seven of their last ten games and are just a half-game behind Oklahoma City for fifth place in the West. On Tuesday, Denver outscored San Antonio by 11 points during the fourth quarter of a 117-109 home victory. The Nuggets forced 19 turnovers and shot 50 percent from the field on the night.

Nikola Jokic led the way for Denver with 23 points, 13 rebounds, and 11 assists. Will Barton chipped in 20 points and six assists for the Nuggets. The Milwaukee Bucks have been playing inspired basketball since head coach Jason Kidd was fired a couple of weeks ago. The Bucks have won eight of their last ten games and are two games behind Cleveland for third place in the East. On Tuesday, Milwaukee outscored Atlanta by 15 points during the third quarter of a 97-92 home victory. The Bucks limited the Hawks to just 38 percent from the field on the evening.

Khris Middleton led a balanced Milwaukee scoring attack with 21 points and seven rebounds. All-Star F Giannis Antetokounmpo contributed 15 points and 15 rebounds for the Bucks.

Milwaukee F John Henson (right hamstring soreness) did not play on Tuesday and is listed as day-to-day. These two teams rank in the top ten in offensive efficiency, so the over is worth a look. The stronger play is on Milwaukee to cover at home. Final Score Prediction, Milwaukee Bucks win and cover ATS 113-106.
