In Thursday night NBA action, the New Orleans Pelicans will travel to the Amway Center to take on the Orlando Magic. The Pelicans (11-21) have won three straight games and trail Sacramento by two games for tenth place in the Western Conference standings. On Tuesday, New Orleans outscored Portland by 11 points during the fourth quarter of a 111-97 home victory.

Brandon Ingram led six New Orleans players in double figures with 28 points, eight rebounds, and eight assists. Nickeil Alexander-Walker contributed 27 points in 26 minutes off the bench for the Pelicans.

The Orlando Magic have won consecutive games and own the second worst overall record in the league. Last night, Orlando took advantage of an Atlanta squad decimated by health and safety protocols to earn a 104-98 road victory. The Magic (7-25) assisted on 27 of their 38 made field goals and limited the Hawks to 40 percent shooting. 

Rookie F Franz Wagner led Orlando with 25 points on 10-for-24 shooting and pulled down four boards. Gary Harris chipped in 17 points and four assists for the Magic.
