The Amway Center will play host to a Saturday night NBA clash between the Brooklyn Nets and Orlando Magic.

The Nets are three games above .500 overall and lead Miami by two games for sixth place in the Eastern Conference. On Thursday, Brooklyn was unable to make the plays down the stretch of a 117-114 road loss against San Antonio. The Nets turned the ball over 14 times and shot 47 percent from the field.

D’Angelo Russell led five Brooklyn players in double figures with 25 points and nine assists. DeMarre Carroll added 18 points and five rebounds for the Nets.
The Orlando Magic have lost seven of their previous ten games and are four games out of playoff contention in the East. On Thursday, Orlando outscored Indiana by 11 points during the fourth quarter of a 107-100 home victory. The Magic outrebounded the Pacers by eight and connected on 11-for-25 from the three-point line.

Orlando G/F Terrence Ross scored 13 of his game high 30 points over the final 12 minutes of the game. Nikola Vucevic contributed 17 points and ten rebounds for the Magic.

Brooklyn G Spencer Dinwiddie had successful surgery on his thumb and will miss the next 6-8 weeks. These two teams rank in the middle of the pack on defense and the trends point towards the over. Look for Orlando to win a high scoring affair. Final Score Prediction, Orlando Magic win in high scoring over game 115-112.
