NBA – Thursday Prop Bet – 3/30/23

There are two games on the NBA schedule for Thursday with Boston at Milwaukee starting at 7:30 p.m. ET and New Orleans at Denver tipping off at 10 p.m. Our best player prop pick of the day comes from the early game.

We improved to 43-38 for the season Tuesday as Darius Garland had more than 28.5 combined points and assists in a 120-118 loss at Atlanta. The Cavaliers point guard had 27 points and 5 assists against the Hawks. Garland made 10-of-22 shots and was 6-for-6 from the free-throw line.

NBA – Best Player Prop for Thursday – 3/30/23

Jaylen Brown, SG, Celtics, OVER 29.5 points/assists (-125)

Brown has had 30 or more combined points/assists in 11 of his last 13 games and eight of his last nine. He has averaged 26.8 points and 3.4 assists per game this season, and his numbers have been slightly better in those two categories over the last 10 games with 27.8 ppg and 3.9 apg.

The Celtics point guard scored 29 points and had 4 assists in a 121-109 win at home against the Milwaukee on Dec. 25. Brown made 11-of-19 shots and hit 5-of-9 from three-point range.

Boston needs to win this game if it hopes to win the Eastern Conference, so it’s highly unlikely anybody rests Thursday. The Bucks lead the Celtics by three games with six games to play, and the 76ers are just two games back in third. One thing in Boston and Brown’s favor is Milwaukee will be playing for the second night in a row.
