NBA Eastern Conference Champion Odds 2022/2023

With the NBA Season just over a month away the top favorites to take home the Eastern Conference Title have been revealed. The last 2 teams to represent the Eastern Conference in the NBA Finals have the best odds with a handful of other elite teams looking to run them down.

Boston Celtics

The Boston Celtics return their entire core from a year ago and have added a true point guard and one of the best shooters in the league. Boston will be without their coach but the team remains the same and will be hungry to avenge their Finals loss from last season. Boston is the odds on favorite for a reason as they will be a force to be reckoned with all season.

Milwaukee Bucks

The Milwaukee Bucks come into this season with the majority of their championship team still intact led by a former 2 time MVP. Giannis will continue to make his claim as the best player in the league as he again leads Milwaukee to the playoffs. With a healthy Kris Middleton and a deep roster Milwaukee will win a lot of games this season as one of the better teams in the entire league.

Brooklyn Nets

After a hectic offseason the Brooklyn Nets added several key pieces to the team and welcomed back both of their stars to go along with Ben Simmons. Kyrie Irving, Kevin Durant, and Ben Simmons on the court at once for Brooklyn will give the Nets one of the best 3 headed monsters in the NBA. If the 3 stars can coincide and figure things out Brooklyn could become the team to beat in the east

Miami Heat

The Miami Heat return most of their core but will be without defensive stopper PJ Tucker this season. Miami has yet to figure out a way to get over that hump in the East and could deal with that same issue agains this year. The Heat will win a lot of games but do not have enough help for Jimmy Butler yet to get over the top of the top teams in the East.

Philadelphia 76ers

The Philadelphia 76ers saw their season end in disappointment a year ago and will look to avenge that this season. Philadelphia will be led by last years scoring champ Joel Embiid and James Harden this year to get them over the hump. Philly has added PJ Tucker and Montrezl Harrell to bulk up the lineup and make the Sixers tougher. If Philly can figure it out early they could make a lot of noise in the East come spring time.
