The Washington Mystics look for a second straight win on Sunday when they visit the Dallas Wings. The Mystics Friday game was cancelled by Las Vegas due to travel problems. Washington won its most recent game, defeating the Atlanta Dream 86-71 to move within 1 ½ games of the Dream and first place in the Eastern Conference.

Dallas lost its fourth straight on Thursday falling to the Indiana Fever 84-78. The Wings were led in the loss by Elizabeth Cambage with 37 points. The loss pushed the Wings to fourth place in the Western Conference 6 ½ games out of first place. Skylar Higgins-Smith missed the game with a concussion and is questionable for Sunday’s game. Elena Delle Donne leads the Mystics in scoring and rebounding averaging 20.9 points and 7.5 rebounds per game. Two other players, led by Kristi Toliver (13.4 ppg) are scoring in double figures for the Mystics. Natasha Cloud and Toliver are tied for the lead in assists with averages of 4.5 per game. Washington is scoring an average of 84.2 points per game.

Elizabeth Cambage is the leading scorer and leading rebounder for Dallas with averages of 23.1 points and 9.5 rebounds per game. Skylar Diggins-Smith is second in scoring and the leader in assists with averages of 18.0 points and 6.2 assists per game. No other player on the Wings is averaging double figures in scoring. However, four players average between 8.5 points and 9.4 points per game. Dallas is scoring an average of 87.7 points per game.
