The Miami Heat looks for its fifth straight victory on Friday when visiting the New Orleans Pelicans. The Heat improved to 40-22 following its 116-113 victory over the Orlando Magic on Wednesday. New Orleans looks to snap a three-game losing streak when hosting the Heat on Friday. The Pelicans dropped to 26-36 following a 127-123 loss to the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday. In the loss, Zion Williamson scored 21 points while playing his first ever back-to-back in the NBA. Williamson has scored double figures in each of the 17 NBA games he's played and has scored 20 or more points in the last 13.

Brandon Ingram is the leading scorer for New Orleans with an average of 24.6 points per game, while Zion Williamson is the second leading scorer and leading rebounder with averages of 24.0 points and 6.8 rebounds per game. Lonzo Ball is the leader in assists for New Orleans with an average of 7.0 per game.
