This will be the second of a back-to-back for Dallas, who pulled away down the stretch to score a 114-107 home victory versus Atlanta. The Mavericks forced 21 turnovers and moved to 13-2 at home this season.
Dallas F Harrison Barnes led all scorers with 25 points on an efficient 8-for-16 shooting performance. Luka Doncic contributed 24 points to go along with ten rebounds and six assists for the Mavericks.
The Phoenix Suns come into Thursday night looking to snap a ten-game losing streak and currently own the worst record in the NBA. On Tuesday, Phoenix was outscored during each quarter of a 111-86 road loss at San Antonio. The Suns failed to connect on 20 of their 28 three-point attempts and turned the ball over 17 times in defeat.
T.J. Warren tallied a team high 23 points on 9-for-16 from the field and grabbed six rebounds. Rookie C Deandre Ayton added 12 points and 11 rebounds in a losing effort for the Suns.
